1.welding the middle circle of neck ring; 2.tear unnecessary pvc sheet; 3.welding the strip of neck ring; 4.welding handle to neck ring.

Fourth

1.weld position near the middle ring to protect baby chin; 2.welding neck ring forming; 3.welding the interface of outer ring and middle ring; 4.seal the forming neck ring.

Fifth

1.inflate neck ring to inspection; 2.deflated to pack; 3.seal to package.
